The U.S. hasn’t actually lost an arms race in the traditional sense, but President Joe Biden is certainly concerned about one Russian’s bulging biceps.
In a video shared on social media Tuesday, Biden can be seen surrounded by a group of men, all dressed in white, including French President Emmanuel Macron.
“I very much worry about this guy’s biceps,” he said, apparently talking about the someone out of the frame who was standing close to the cameraman filming him at that very moment.
“There’s a man,” Biden continued. “I hope we’re on the same side.”
“Sir, he’s Russian,” someone off-camera responded. Evidently being on the brink of a world war with Russia didn’t bother Biden, as he went right on flirting with the faceless Russian hunk.
“There’s a man. I hope we’re on the same side.”
“Sir… he’s Russian.”

This is obviously far from the first time Biden has been accused of being flirtatious and inappropriate with random members of the public. He’s been accused of sniffing and kissing people since the dawn of time (his official date of birth). At one point, his behavior got so weird that the Daily Caller even did a poll on which shampoo he should sniff next.
