Famous musician Elle King posted an Instagram story Thursday informing fans that she had fallen and suffered a concussion, forcing her to cancel some upcoming shows.
The Grammy nominee told her 387,000 Instagram followers that she slipped while making a bottle for her son and fell down the stairs, resulting in a concussion, according to People. “No one ever wants to pull out of shows, especially me,” King wrote. “I live for performing. I slipped down the stairs making a bottle in the middle of the night, knocked my ass out, resulting in a concussion,” King wrote on Instagram, according to People. “I tried to push through and played 3 shows, but the travel, lights, all of it only exacerbated things,” she said.
